This programme is tailored to your unique needs. You’ll receive one-on-one virtual sessions that focus on personal development, resilience-building, and practical strategies to help you move forward. Each session lasts 60 minutes and is designed to empower you with the tools to heal and grow.

If you prefer a community-based approach, our 12-week group coaching offers a supportive environment where you can share experiences and learn alongside others. Each session lasts 90 minutes, providing a structured yet flexible space to explore trauma-related challenges collectively. Group sizes are kept small to ensure personal attention.

After your coaching programme concludes, we offer follow-up support to help you maintain the progress you’ve made. This may include periodic check-ins, access to resources, and additional coaching sessions if needed.
